People Management

If you answered 'yes' to any of these question, then you need The People Management System. People management is not a skill you need to be born with, but a system you can implement. Schools teach you to manage your finance, production, logistics, sales, marketing, procurement, office, warehouse, and so on, and so on, but they forget to teach you how to manage your people. Human resources can help you with contractual, payroll, job descriptions, etc. but they do not help you manage your people. There are plenty of course that have something to do with people management (e.g., spotting talent, allowing the people in your team to flourish, developing skills, and all kinds of other high-flying stuff), but they do not help you manage your people. They do not give you a system to manage your people. (You want to have lunch, and they give you a cooking class.)

*) These are familiar issues: Being an experienced car-mechanic does not make you an experienced manager of car-mechanics. Managing cars is very different from managing people!
